4th Annual Summertime Fine Challenge
Bar Raiser’s Summertime Fine Challenge is back for the 4th year, and 2026 is getting competitive.
This is an 8-week challenge built around progressive overload strength training + macro guidance, designed to help you tighten up, get stronger, and stay consistent long enough to actually see the results you keep saying you want.
And this year’s plot twist? Teams. Challengers will be randomly assigned to teams to foster sisterhood, accountability, and a little friendly pressure.
