Bar Raiser challenges are short, structured coaching experiences built for busy women who want a clear plan, real accountability, and results you can actually sustain.
 
This isn’t a “detox,” a vibes-only bootcamp, or a random list of workouts. It’s strength training + nutrition strategy with a start date, a finish line, and a system that keeps you consistent even when life is loud.
Most (but not all) challenges run 5–8 weeks and follow the Bar Raiser method:
  • Structure over stress (you’ll always know what to do next)
  • Flexibility as a feature (hard weeks are planned for)
  • Data over drama (we adjust based on what’s real, not what’s trending)
  • No shame, just strategy (you’re an adult; I coach you like one)
You’ll train with progressive overload (so your body has a reason to change), learn how to fuel for fat loss and performance, and build habits that don’t disappear the second the challenge ends.

What you get can vary slightly by challenge theme, but here’s the standard Bar Raiser Challenge experience:

  • Training plan

    You’ll get a structured strength program designed to build muscle and drive fat loss, with clear weekly progression so you’re not guessing what to do next. Every challenge includes home and gym options, plus exercise demos and coaching cues so you can train with confidence.

  • Nutrition library

    You’ll receive access to general nutrition education within the Bar Raiser Resource Library. In other words—you’re learning how to fuel your body in a way that actually sticks.

  • Community + motivation (without the corny)

    You’ll be part of a challenge community where you can share wins, ask questions, and stay locked in. Depending on the challenge, there may be team-based elements to add support and momentum without turning this into a performative “before and after” circus.

  • Prizes + performance standards

    Most challenges include prizes for transformation and consistency, with an 80% completion threshold to be eligible. Translation: you don’t have to be perfect, but you do have to show up.

  • Delivered in the Bar Raiser Fitness App

    Everything lives inside the Bar Raiser Fitness App—your workouts, tracking, check-ins, and resources—so you’re not chasing links or trying to remember what you’re supposed to do today.
