These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, content, and services offered by Bar Raiser Fitness, LLC ("Bar Raiser Fitness," "we," "us," or "our"), a Maryland limited liability company, including online fitness training and nutrition coaching.

Important: Bar Raiser Fitness is not a medical provider. Nothing on this website or in our coaching is medical advice.

1) Who we are

Bar Raiser Fitness, LLC is an online personal training and nutrition coaching business registered in the State of Maryland. Our mailing address is 500 Washington Ave, Towson, MD 21204. We serve clients primarily in the United States and may offer services internationally.

2) Eligibility

By using our website or purchasing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3) Health & safety disclaimer

Fitness and nutrition involve inherent risks. You understand and agree that you are voluntarily participating and assume all risks of injury, illness, or other harm.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program or making major dietary changes.
  • Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience dizziness, pain, shortness of breath, or any concerning symptoms.
  • You are responsible for choosing appropriate weights, modifications, and intensity.

4) Not medical advice

Our coaching and content are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We do not provide medical, mental health, or therapeutic services.

5) Services, programs, and results

We offer services such as 1:1 coaching, group coaching, memberships, challenges, nutrition consults, apparel, and digital products. Any testimonials or examples are not guarantees of results.

6) Accounts, access, and communication

Some services may be delivered through third-party platforms (for example, training apps, email providers, or payment processors). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

7) Payments

Prices and payment terms are presented at checkout or in your purchase agreement. By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.

Billing issues & failed payments

If a payment fails, we may pause or discontinue services until your account is brought current. Repeated billing failures may result in termination of services.

8) No refunds (unless required by law)

All sales are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law, including (without limitation) digital products, memberships, challenges, and coaching services.

9) Cancellations & termination

You may cancel future renewals where applicable by following the cancellation instructions provided at purchase, within your account portal, or by contacting support.

  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, harass others, or misuse our services.
  • We may also terminate services if continued coaching is not appropriate for safety or compliance reasons.

10) Client conduct

You agree to communicate respectfully and to follow community guidelines in group settings. We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory behavior.

11) Intellectual property

All website content, training plans, videos, PDFs, guides, templates, and brand assets are owned by Bar Raiser Fitness, LLC or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.
  • You may use purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

12) User content

If you submit content (messages, progress photos, testimonials, comments), you grant us a limited license to use it to deliver services and operate our business. We will not publicly share your progress photos or identifiable information without your permission, except as required by law.

13) Testimonials and marketing

If you provide a testimonial, review, or transformation story, you confirm it is truthful and based on your real experience. We may request your written permission before using your name, image, or likeness in public marketing.

14) Third-party links and services

Our website may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

15) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

16) Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

17) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAR RAISER FITNESS, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

18) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bar Raiser Fitness, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

19) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
