Bar Raiser’s Summertime Fine Challenge is back for the 4th year, and 2026 is getting competitive.
This is an 8-week challenge built around progressive overload strength training + macro guidance, designed to help you tighten up, get stronger, and stay consistent long enough to actually see the results you keep saying you want.
And this year’s plot twist? Teams. Challengers will be randomly assigned to teams to foster sisterhood, accountability, and a little friendly pressure.
A structured strength plan that progresses week to week, so you’re not just “working out,” you’re building.
Clear macro targets to aim for, plus nutrition education that helps you eat like an adult with a life — not a robot.
Grab-and-go meal plan options to cut decision fatigue and keep you consistent when your brain is doing the most.
You’ll be placed on a team with built-in support and encouragement, so you’re not trying to stay consistent in isolation.
A space to ask questions, share wins, and get reminders that everybody’s week gets messy sometimes.
Choose the setup that fits your season — because the best plan is the one you can actually execute.
An 8-week strength + nutrition consistency challenge built around progressive overload training and simple macro guidance. You’ll follow a structured plan, track your progress, and stay accountable long enough to actually see results.
The challenge starts May 4, 2026 and ends June 28, 2026. Final weigh ins & measurements are due by 11:59PM June 29, 2026.
Yes. Not only that, It can support fat loss, but the bigger goal is body recomposition: getting stronger, building muscle, tightening up, and improving consistency. Progress is tracked with photos, measurements, strength wins, and trends—not just the scale.
No. You’ll have home and gym options so you can stay consistent no matter where you train.
You can complete the program with basic equipment.
Gym option: standard dumbbells, machines/cables, a bench, and common accessories (bands, etc.)
Home option: dumbbells (a few weight options if possible), resistance bands, and a stable surface/bench alternative.
If you’re not sure what you have is enough, send an email to clientsuccess@barraiserfitness.com and tell me what equipment you’ve got—I’ll point you to the right option.
Yes—with a real-life note: you don’t need to be advanced, but you do need to be willing to learn form and follow the plan. You’ll get exercise demos and coaching cues so you’re not guessing.
No shame, just strategy.
- Don’t try to “punish” yourself with extra workouts.
- Pick up where you left off-- workouts can always be moved to alternative days.
- If you miss multiple days, message me so that I can offer suggestions where feasible.
You’ll get macro guidance and education, and tracking is strongly recommended if your goal is fat loss or body recomposition. That said, you’re not required to be perfect—consistency beats intensity.
Logging is strongly suggested because it helps you learn patterns and stay accountable, but it’s not mandatory. If you’re logging, I recommend the Lose It! app.
You’ll receive structured nutrition guidance and simple strategies you can repeat. This challenge focuses on sustainable execution, not “here’s a perfect meal plan you’ll never use again.”
You can still do the challenge. Use the macro guidance and choose foods that fit your needs. If you want help making it practical, message me in Everfit with your restrictions.
Yes, late registration is open through May 10, 2026.
All sales are final (except where required by law). Because this is a digital program with immediate access to materials, partial refunds/discounts aren’t available for unused components.

Certified as of January 2026. I help clients with home gyms make sure they have the right equipment, space, and environment to actually get results. This includes in-home consultations so your setup works for your goals, not against them.
Honesty is required: I can’t coach what you won’t tell me.
Consistency beats intensity: Do the basics, repeatedly.
We track what matters: Data over drama.
Adjustments are part of the process: Plateaus aren’t punishment, they’re information.
You’re capable: I’ll support you, but I won’t enable you.
Honesty, integrity, discipline, and empathy aren’t just words on a wall — they’re how I run my business and treat every client who walks through the door. I believe in equity, fairness, and meeting people where they are. I bring passion, enthusiasm, and accountability to every session because if I’m not excited about your progress, who will be?
