In addition to workouts, there will be daily habit tracking. This means that week-to-week, there will be a new habit focus:
Week 1 — Anchor your protein. The single highest-leverage change. We start here.
Week 2 — Add daily movement. Steps and workouts become your non-negotiable.
Week 3 — Recover on purpose. Sleep and stress — the part everyone skips, especially in perimenopause.
Week 4 — Put it together. Everything stacks. You’ll feel the difference and know how to keep it.
