The Built Belle is Bar Raiser Fitness’ premier 1:1 coaching experience for women who want a fully personalized plan, consistent accountability, and real coaching support—not a template and a prayer. This is for the client who’s ready to train with intention, eat with structure, and build results that actually last.

 

Your training is built around progressive overload, and your overall plan includes periodization—intentional phases for fat loss and maintenance so you can lose fat, build muscle, and keep your progress without living in “cut mode” forever. You’ll also have home and gym options, so the plan still works when life does what it does.

what to expect

Weeks 1-2

- You feel more structured than “motivated”
- Workouts feel challenging but doable
- You start hitting protein/hydration more consistently
- Biggest change: routine + confidence that you have a real plan

Weeks 3-4

- Strength jumps fast (more reps, better form, slightly heavier weight)

- Energy and cravings start to stabilize

- Clothes may fit a little different; scale may or may not move yet

- You’ll notice sleep/recovery patterns more clearly

Weeks 5-6

- Noticeable strength progression

- Body composition changes become more obvious 

- Nutrition feels less “hard,” more automatic

- You start trusting yourself

Weeks 9-12

- Stronger lifts + better movement quality 

- More consistent fat loss for compliant clients

- Better weekend/restaurant strategy without spiraling

- Confidence shows up in choices, not just results

Note: Many consistent clients lose around 8–12 lbs over 12 weeks, but your results depend on starting point, stress, sleep, cycle/hormones, and adherence. We track progress with photos, measurements, and strength—not just the scale.

Months 4-6+

- Plateaus become “data,” not drama because you know what to adjust

- You can maintain progress through travel, stress, and busy seasons

- Strength + physique changes are more apparent. This is where women start to "look different".
